This, the landscape, is made up of a very traditional and very characteristic agriculture combined with numerous woodlands. Carob and almond trees are the predominant crops, combined with cereal and fodder crops, as well as citrus and horticultural production, which gives the agricultural landscape a unique personality.
Livestock is mostly kept on small farms, with extensive production systems, where sheep and goats are cared for with great dedication, although poultry and pigs, to a lesser extent, remain. As for the equine livestock, it is the one that is in the greatest boom, due to its recreational nature and the growing creation of stables.
