There are two types of member in this Cooperative, PARTNER and PARTNER-COOPERATOR, in both cases they are considered members, with some differences.

One of the differences is the level of representation that they hold in the General Assembly of Members of the Cooperative.

The MEMBER, as such, makes a greater contribution to the Cooperative's share capital than a MEMBER-COOPERATOR.

The MEMBER is charged at a more economical rate, the difference with the rate of the MEMBER-COOPERATOR depends on the product purchased or the service requested.

There are NO ANNUAL FEES, in both cases, they only have to pay a single contribution to the Social Capital of the Cooperative and sign an application, committing themselves to a permanence of five years.

Also in both cases, after some time as a member, if they so wish, the member can transfer their membership, with their rights and obligations, to another person (family member for example) or company (company).

CONTRIBUTION TO SHARE CAPITAL

The amount of the contribution varies each year and is approved at the annual General Assembly of Members. The increase of the contribution is given by the annual CPI.

For the year 2026, the membership fee for FULL MEMBERS is €465 and for SUPPORTING MEMBERS or ASSOCIATE MEMBERS is €28
